Arden Laker Executive and Interim resourcing was established by John Mason in 2016.  John has over 20 years’ experience in Search and Selection and has a Degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Leicester. He is also qualified to Full Level B by the British Psychological Society and is experienced in the use of a wide range of Psychometric Assessment and Critical Reasoning tools for senior appointments.

John has always been particularly interested in aerospace and defence and wanted to set up a recruitment company which focussed predominantly on these sectors, especially as product design and manufacturing technology are evolving so rapidly making it an exciting environment in which to operate.

Away from work John is a very keen cyclist and also enjoys horse-riding when time permits.  He’s hoping to ride (on bike) the new off-road course from Lands End to John O’Groats in 2020 and raise money for the British Heart Foundation.  He has previously ridden a stage of the Tour de France in the Pyrenees and that in itself was an extremely challenging experience!
